01 How do I book?
Open Book now, pick a department, doctor, date and time, then your contact details. Staff confirm by email.
02 Can I switch language?
Use EN / ROM in the header. Pages, departments and forms follow the locale.
03 Why was my booking held?
Robot checks (honeypot, speed, disposable email, optional CAPTCHA) may mark a request as suspicious. Reception still sees it.
